  • Partner with the company's leadership team and investors to identify top leadership talent in Silicon Valley
  • Become an expert in the autonomous systems industry and be our external representative for leadership talent
  • Screen, recruit, and interview executive candidates
  • Learn Applied's unique culture and help shape it over time
  • Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
  • Program manage projects related to recruiting process improvement

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience recruiting for leadership roles, ideally for high-growth software startups
  • Ability to build rapport with investors and leadership
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Agency and in-house experience
  • Experience working in the autonomous vehicles industry
  • Experience recruiting for enterprise software companies
