Responsibilities
· Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
· Plan, Develop and Manages the Prop-Tech SaaS & Media Projects.
· Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of projects.
· Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
· Monitor Project Progress, Set Deadlines and Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction.
· Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
· Overseeing daily business operations.
· Developing and implementing growth strategies.
· Training low-level staff.· Improving revenue and Hiring employees.
· Evaluating performance and productivity.
· Analyzing accounting and financial data.
· Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
· Generating reports and giving presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Good working experience of different business functions (Real Estate, Media & SaaS).
- 5 years experience working in Managerial Position in Real Estate or IT Industry.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
