Key Responsibilities:

Tele sales:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, existing clients, and partners to sell our products and services.
  • Identify and address client needs, providing solutions to improve their business operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell existing clients to increase revenue and expand services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing clients.


Business Development:

  • Identify and research potential clients, including senior-level executives, business owners, and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to reach new clients, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to establish credibility and trust.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, tactics, and materials.
  • Report on external forces within the country and shift tactical strategic direction of accounts accordingly
  • Align with HR on sales training calendars and ensure constant training and coaching of the team, including ongoing performance management.
  • Other related activities and assignments as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in a related industry, especially in B2B
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
