Job Description
You’ll leverage your expertise in Xero and Google Sheets to streamline financial operations, ensuring smooth transactions and clear communication with an international clientele. Responsibilities:
Master Xero for account management, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping
Create and send invoices, following up with a keen eye on credit control
Utilize Google Sheets for advanced financial data analysis and reporting
Engage directly with clients, explaining invoices and resolving queries with clarity
Conduct proactive invoice chasing to maintain healthy cash flow
Manage client calls related to financial matters, providing expert explanations
Collaborate with the team to optimize financial processes and reporting
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Xero accounting software and Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong background in bookkeeping and financial management
Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy
Customer-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Located in Colombia or Latin America (or same timezone as client), fluent in English (Spanish a plus!)
Comfortable with international client interactions via phone and email
