JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the PH programme team as required
  • Management of Panmure House email and phone communications
  • Support the co-ordination of high-level events and meetings. 
  • Maintenance of data to support the programme team. 
  • Support the production of high quality, timely reports and presentations required for key University Groups and Committees. 
  • Interacting daily with senior staff on operational issues. 
  • Undertake diary management for meetings involving the Academic Director, PH team and corporate stakeholders

Essential & Desirable Criteria

Essential

  1. Educated to SCQF Level 6 or similar or equivalent experience 
  2. Experience of working within a similar environment as outlined above 
  3. Competent in the use of relevant IT packages 
  4. Well-developed interpersonal skills 
  5. Demonstrable professional and proactive approach
  6. Demonstrable ability to work quickly, flexibly and accurately in a dynamic, changing and pressured environment
  7. Demonstrable provision of excellent customer service

Desirable

  1. Experience in organising events such as conferences and seminars
  2. Experience of booking travel and accommodation
