Job Summary
The Recruitment & Trainer will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding qualified security personnel while developing and implementing training programs to ensure they meet company standards. This dual role combines talent acquisition with workforce development to maintain a skilled, professional, and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for security roles.
- Conduct onboarding processes and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance the skills and professionalism of security personnel.
- Monitor employee performance and recommend additional training or corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain records of recruitment activities, training sessions, and employee certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or training, ideally in the security industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
