Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff.
  • Organize and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and manage office documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of events and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

 Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and professional attitude.
