JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring individual and team success.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Optimize the sales pipeline and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular sales coaching and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track sales performance and forecast revenue.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and key client meetings.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Sales Team Lead, Sales Manager, or similar role, preferably in a software startup or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, consultative selling, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in using CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
