Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and engage prospective customers through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
    • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.
  4. Sales Reporting:
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
    • Monitor and track sales performance metrics to evaluate progress toward goals.
    • Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
  5. Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services.
    • Stay informed about new product launches, features, and updates.
    • Educate customers on product specifications and usage to ensure satisfaction.
  6. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure deals.
    • Close sales and process orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during sales transactions.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Share best practices and contribute to team success by mentoring junior team members, if applicable.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education and Certification:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Certifications in sales or customer relationship management are advantageous.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
