Working Time: 7:30am-5:30pm
Job Summary: Responsible for executing the sales and marketing strategy for the store including
making direct sales to customers in the field, organizing and implementing awareness raising and
sales activities in your territory, and managing customer relationships. Ensure that the brand
is well-known in territory, creates a good customer experience for the customers, and work with
the rest of the store team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
-The Sales Force shall use best efforts to promote, market, and increase
sales of the products in the territory to the satisfaction of Client.
-The Sales Executive shall maintain records of his sales figures and client’s contacts and shall
provide such records to Client on a real-time basis.
-The Sales Executive shall ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat
sales.
-The Sales Executive shall handle customer enrollment and payment in accordance with Client policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications: Background in Sales and Marketing

● A self-starter and initiator with an intrinsic motivation to perform
● Highly motivated to Get Things Done quickly
● Strong entrepreneurial and business instincts, backed with strategic thinking
● Perfect written and spoken English and can communicate in Twi and any
other local language
● Able to represent the Brand and comfortably communicate decisions from managements to the franchise network
Salary: 2000 cedis
