Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Recommend sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
4. Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals successfully.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and deal closures.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on sales performance.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, challenges, and market trends.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
