JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads and Build Relationships
- Identify and prospect potential customers through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects.
- Sales Process Execution
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand customer requirements.
- Deliver product demonstrations or sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives within specified timeframes.
- Prepare and execute action plans to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Market Research and Reporting
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Experience in [industry/sector] is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
