JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through research, referrals, trade shows, conferences, and leveraging existing customer networks.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Set clear objectives for sales calls and meetings, use standard materials to present products, and ask relevant questions to evaluate customer interest and needs.
  • Sell Customer Propositions: Propose the best-suited products or services based on the customer's needs. Explain product configurations and pricing, and encourage customers to make purchases based on standard terms and conditions. If necessary, work with the Team Lead to request price reductions or other concessions.
  • Present tailored solutions to customers with clear rationale to facilitate decision-making and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage sales objectives.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
