What You'll Do:
● Partner with the recruiting and hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profile, and search calibration for our Sales teams
● High volume full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, closing) for the sales org
● Source and build strong talent pipelines resulting in a great top of funnel.
● Consistently strive to exceed all aspects of the recruiting KPIs and individual targets
● Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for all open roles
What We're Looking For:
● 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast paced environment. SaaS/Tech sales focused recruiting for Go-to-Market and US customers is highly preferred.
● Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
● You are a natural people person and thrive on building a collaborative and supportive team environment
● You have a strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape in the PK market
● You have a strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers
● You have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to work in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● You should be able deliver consistent performance and KPI achievement working in remote environment
● This is a remote role, but you may be occasionally required to come to the office if/when needed
