Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive techniques.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and meet sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a database of clients and track interactions for future reference.
Product Knowledge and Market Research:
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.
- Conduct market research to identify competitors and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market conditions.
Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
