Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products or services.
    • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and referrals.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize revenue.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing.
    • Educate customers on product usage and advantages.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive.
  4. Sales Process Management:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals effectively.
    • Process sales transactions accurately and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Provide feedback to the sales team and management to improve processes and strategies.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
    • Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve offerings.
    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the products or services being sold is an advantage.
