Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories or markets.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
    • Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve products or services.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences.
  4. Promotion and Branding:
    • Promote products or services through various channels, including social media, events, and direct interactions.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  5. Sales Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop sales plans and schedules to ensure consistent market coverage.
    • Identify potential challenges and devise strategies to overcome them.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
