JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Sales Officer to join our team. The candidate will manage sales activities within a designated geographical area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Provide monthly sales reports, monthly expense reports and any assigned reports to Area Sales Manager in a timely manner.
• Implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and clients to boost sales.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Build relationships with potential customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
• Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Must be familiar with the Volta territory. (worked or resided in Volta Region)
