Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize sales efforts.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Experience in CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
