Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals and revenue targets.
- Guide, inspire, and manage the sales team to drive productivity and top performance.
- Build and sustain relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners to boost sales growth.
- Identify new business prospects and markets to broaden the company’s client base.
- Evaluate sales data and market trends to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee the sales team's performance, offering feedback, coaching, and training as necessary.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Ensure all activities align with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Must live in or near Tema.
- Sales experience in the food industry, with preference for frozen foods experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Position involves both office and field work.
- A degree in marketing is required.
