JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Summary

  • Drive catering business by identifying potential clienteles for event planning solutions and services
  • Work with the Food and Beverage team to develop menus and themed events
  • Interact effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors in order to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensure the implementation of a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales while consistently delivering high level of service
  • Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
  • Manage catering sales revenue and operation budgets, and provides forecasting reports

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel industry
  • Excellent time management and able to work under pressure
  • Good business acumen with market intelligence 
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Be innovative and passionate to strive for service excellence
  • Excellent command of English, proficiency in other languages will be a plus
