JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
- Drive catering business by identifying potential clienteles for event planning solutions and services
- Work with the Food and Beverage team to develop menus and themed events
- Interact effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors in order to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure the implementation of a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales while consistently delivering high level of service
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
- Manage catering sales revenue and operation budgets, and provides forecasting reports
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel industry
- Excellent time management and able to work under pressure
- Good business acumen with market intelligence
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Be innovative and passionate to strive for service excellence
- Excellent command of English, proficiency in other languages will be a plus
