Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate marketplace customer (seller) leads, qualify prospects, contact, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers (sellers) and maintain high levels of engagement and partnership.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the Tridge Marketplace to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Continuously monitor the latest trends in the food and agriculture industries to identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
  • Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers (Farmers/Growers, Processors & Manufacturers, Distributors).
  • Self-sufficient, focused sales executive with a propensity towards executing and driving revenue results.
  • Experience in people and team management and building high performing sales teams.
  • Native speaker of languages of Ghana with an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
