Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations & Merchandising
- Arrange and display products attractively to maximize sales.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
- Assist in unpacking and labeling new merchandise.
Cash Handling & Reporting
- Accept payments and provide accurate change to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate them to management when necessary.
- Encourage repeat business by providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customer purchasing decisions.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
