Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Merchandising

  1. Arrange and display products attractively to maximize sales.
  2. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock.
  4. Assist in unpacking and labeling new merchandise.

Cash Handling & Reporting

  1. Accept payments and provide accurate change to customers.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
  3. Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawers.

Customer Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  2. Handle customer complaints or escalate them to management when necessary.
  3. Encourage repeat business by providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Key Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence customer purchasing decisions.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
