Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team and drive the growth of our life insurance products within Tema and its surrounding areas. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our life insurance to potential clients, ensuring their financial security and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and engage with potential clients in Tema and nearby locations to promote and sell life insurance products.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our life insurance offerings to effectively present and explain product features and benefits to clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing personalized service to meet their insurance needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager.
Compensation:
- Support Allowance: GHS 800 - 1,000 monthly for the first 6 months.
- Commission: Attractive commission structure in addition to the support allowance for the first 6 months.
- Post 6 Months: Commission-based earnings with the opportunity for additional bonuses based on performance.
- Training: Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with Tema and its surrounding areas is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
