JOB DESCRIPTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including new clients and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales deals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
