Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest automobile models, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of vehicles to potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements and pricing with customers to close deals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for automobiles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
