Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the building materials industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice to clients regarding the specifications and benefits of products, ensuring the best solutions for their needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations, demonstrate products, and prepare quotations to prospective customers.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Sales Administration: Handle the processing of orders, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Knowledge of building materials products and the construction industry is a plus.
