Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Contact and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Set appointments and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.
  • Track progress towards sales goals and ensure a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build connections and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to attend industry events and networking opportunities.
