JOB BRIEF
Our client, a leading provider of innovative Cybersecurity and Information Technology solutions, partners with organizations to protect them from potential and evolving endpoint, network and infrastructure security threats. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales, Country Manager to lead the business strategy- sales, marketing and operations in the country. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, be instrumental to the expansion of their customer base and build strategic partnerships in Ghana.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven track record of at least 7 years in cybersecurity sales
• Thorough understanding of cybersecurity concepts, products, services and technologies
• Demonstrable ability to articulate technical concepts to different stakeholders- technical and non-technical
• Knowledge of sales tools and productivity software
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• In depth familiarity with partner management and channel sales
• Verifiable track record of selling Cyber security and IT solutions/products such as – Sophos, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, CimTrak, Cisco, Thales, Sentinel one, is a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
• Cybersecurity certification CCNA, CompTIA Sec+ or Sales Certification is a plus
• Candidate must be a citizen and resident of Ghana
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills, with a self-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail and effective negotiation and presentation skills.
