JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products, prices, and promotions to customers.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and neatly organized.
- Assist in product selection and recommend items based on customer preferences.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment by following hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with promotional activities and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and boosting customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A minimum of Senior High School (S.H.S) education.
- Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must have a good track record of excellent performance and good behavior.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
