Job Descriptions


Responsibilities:

1.     Customer Onboarding and Registration:

  • Scout for potential customers and register them using approved company systems.
  • Develop and maintain a database of registered customers for follow-up and service optimization.

2.     Sales and Promotion:

  • Promote our products and services to attract and retain customers.   
  • Actively participate in marketing campaigns, sales activations, and community outreach programs. 

3.     Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns.

4.     Market Insights:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with the management team to improve services. 

5.     Reporting and Performance:

  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on customer onboarding, sales, and marketing performance.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Work closely with other team members to implement strategies that drive business growth.


Qualifications:

  • Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent.
  • Must reside within the Spintex or Madina enclaves (mandatory requirement) .
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets within tight deadlines.
  • A passion for engaging with people and building relationships.
