Booking Coordination: Manage the end-to-end booking process for meetings, events, and accommodations, working closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships by providing personalized service, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
Client Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and bookings to enhance customer loyalty and track engagement.
Event Logistics Coordination: Assist with coordinating event logistics, including setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other key arrangements to ensure the success of client events.
Sales Performance Tracking: Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, monitoring KPIs such as revenue, bookings, and conversion rates to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Market Research & Strategy: Conduct research to identify new clients, analyze industry trends, and stay informed on competitive offerings to develop effective sales strategies.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents and presentations.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to optimize resources, coordinate sales efforts, and maximize revenue-generating opportunities.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Degree/Diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, event coordination, or hospitality, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and securing bookings
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering personalized solutions.
Knowledge of using sales and CRM software
Proactive in addressing client concerns and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth event execution and customer satisfaction.
