JOB DESCRIPTION
About You!
- Research potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and assist in building a strong sales pipeline.
- Assist in reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media, and follow up on leads to drive conversions.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support the sales team in closing deals.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client details and interactions.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to provide valuable insights for sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
- Monitor sales metrics, track progress, and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success.
Your Tool Kit
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles (experience with CRM tools is a plus).
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends to support sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales or marketing software is an advantage.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, startup environment.
