Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and outreach.
- Research target industries to create custom business strategies.
- Generate leads through networking events and online channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and alignment with the company's offerings.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients to build engagement.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster business continuity.
- Support the Sales Manager in promoting IT solutions during client meetings and presentations.
- Address client inquiries and offer professional solutions promptly.
- Help prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align proposals with client needs.
- Present the company’s offerings, pricing, and value proposition to clients.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and planning activities.
- Track and report on key metrics related to sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in IT services.
- Familiarity with the IT services industry, including software, cloud solutions, networking, or cybersecurity, is a plus.
Technical Competencies
- Strong analytical skills for market trends, industry insights, and customer needs.
- Understanding of IT solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
