- Handling and managing clients' accounts.
- Identifying new sales opportunities to secure deals.
- Building healthy relationships with new and existing clients.
- Attending the meeting with clients and understanding their needs.
- Explaining products to prospective customers.
- Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Setting timeline and budget constraints.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Offering after-sales support to the clients.
- Resolving customer's complaints and issues professionally.
- Creating sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Providing feedback to the Sales department to improve the processes.
- Closing the leads generated by the Sales department.
- Staying updated with the marketing trends in the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Working experience as a Sales Account Executive, or a similar role in the Sales industry.
- Sound experience in customer and sales will be advantageous.
- Ability to communicate with clients efficiently.
- Knowledge and experience of using Computer software.
- Extensive understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools.
- Ability to solve problems promptly.
- Good negotiation and analytical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- A sharp eye for details for accuracy.
