JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of 50 active Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs), providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve team goals.
  • Achieve Connect Customer Activation targets and ensure successful sales execution within the assigned territory.
  • Take ownership of the territory budget, ensuring effective utilization of resources and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales of devices and add-ons, ensuring targets are met and exceeded in your territory.
  • Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) regularly to track sales performance, territory activities, and other relevant metrics.
  • Monitor the performance of the DSR team and provide feedback to improve sales, efficiency, and overall team success.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or retail supervisory role, with a focus on team management and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.
  • Time-management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to maintain and manage an updated MIS system.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail or direct sales industries is an advantage.
