Responsibilities
-Assist Retail and Sales Officer in prospecting for Retail clients
- Assist in monitoring the portfolio of retail clients
- Manage data of individual clients and policy renewals
-Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
-Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
-Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
-Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposal
-Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Competency
Must have a First degree in Actuarial Science or Insurance.
