JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience and skills
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Ghana
• Demonstrated experience providing technical advisory services on RBM issues to bilateral or multilateral instutions
• Knowledge of the Government of Ghana’s decentralized governance system that is applied in the agriculture sector
• Demonstrated experience working with government and/or donor in a technical capacity on a variety of result-based management issues with attention to project planning, implementing and monitoring, including in government-donor coordination groups.
• Excellent English writing skills
