Overview
Our is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all restaurant staff and ensure they adhere to schedules.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, including event management.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement restaurant policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the service provision industry.
- Strong team player with a strict but fair management style.
- Proficient in Chinese (minimum HSK 4).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
