Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Content Creation
- Create engaging and high-quality content such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Design graphics and visuals or collaborate with designers to produce compelling assets.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
- Implement strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence.
- Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitors.
- Analyze metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the success of campaigns.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a remote role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, etc.).
- Strong skills in content creation and copywriting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation software.
- Graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
