JOB DESCRIPTIONS



Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and performance evaluations with clients to ensure goals are being met.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and progress updates.
  • Assist in developing strategies to retain clients and minimize churn.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and networking sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven  3  years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Relationship Executive or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales and negotiation skills are an added advantage.
