Identify based on gap analysis and align with the Countries on the individual training and development needs of the respective teams and propose training plans to improve and develop performance of the members of the various business units.
Work with key internal and external stakeholders to put in place adapted annual training and development plan to address the identified training and development needs.
Put in place necessary tools to ensure effective post development /training follow up and Periodically evaluate the results of implementing programs and action plans with the Country Representatives/National Sales Managers and the Regional Trainers team.
Undertake field visits and involved in the field training (coaching)
Identify sales potential to support the sales talent pool and develop easy to use tools: planning, reporting, learning, selling, etc to facilitate the work of the Sales team. You will prepare monthly Factory “Cost of Goods Sold” (COGS) variances and consolidate reports.
Under Effectiveness Management scope, you will :
Drive awareness and usage of the sales policies, procedures and processes within the sales function across clusters.
Assess understanding and effective application of policies, procedure and processes within the sales function across clusters
Take corrective action where knowledge and application gaps are identified to close them
Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years working experience in Sales and Marketing.
Good understanding of the Market place.
Has training and facilitation Skills.
Bilingual (ability to speak and write in both English and French is an added advantage)
Flexibility to learn and transfer/ impart knowledge
