Candidate must be able to undertake the following:
1.Recruitment Strategy Development: Formulate and improve recruitment plans and strategies based on the company's development goals and staffing needs.
2.Recruitment Channel Management: Explore and maintain diverse recruitment channels, including campus recruitment, social recruitment, and online recruitment.
3.Job Analysis and Description: Communicate with various departments to understand job requirements and write job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
4.Resume Screening: Collect, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes, arrange interviews, and maintain communication with candidates.
5.Interview and Assessment: Organize and participate in interviews, assess candidates' abilities and fit, and provide support for recruitment decisions.
6.Recruitment Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and propose optimization suggestions to continuously improve the recruitment process.
7.Employee Onboarding Management: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and effective training.
Qualifications
1. Masters degree or above, preferably in human resources management, psychology, business administration, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, with prior experience as a recruitment supervisor preferred.
3. Familiarity with recruitment processes, interview techniques, and talent assessment methods; knowledge of human resources-related laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively engage with employees and management at all levels.
5.Good data analysis skills, capable of making reasonable recruitment decisions based on data.
