JOB DESCRIPTION



Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in AdTech and Media.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Follow best recruitment practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant processes and industry standards.
  • Utilize CRM and recruitment tools to track candidate progress, update records, and generate reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on AdTech and Media industries.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech and Media job roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and best practices in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
