JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain a very high level of awareness of staffing for frontline needs at all
- Develop a strategy to fill vacancies or shortages that occur
- Educate and inform potential recruits of standard requirement prior to training.
- Ensure guarantor information is provided
- To provide detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment and training of
- guards report
- To ensure new recruits meet medical and physical fitness requirement
- Ensure recruitment target is met
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Ensure new recruits have Ghana card.
Competencies/Skills:
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Beginners computer skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to details
- Long term driving experience
