JOB DESCRIPTION


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To maintain a very high level of awareness of staffing for frontline needs at all 
  • Develop a strategy to fill vacancies or shortages that occur
  • Educate and inform potential recruits of standard requirement prior to training.
  • Ensure guarantor information is provided
  • To provide detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment and training of 
  • guards report
  • To ensure new recruits meet medical and physical fitness requirement
  • Ensure recruitment target is met
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Ensure new recruits have Ghana card.



Competencies/Skills:

  • Good communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Beginners computer skills 
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Long term driving experience
