Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and skill requirements
Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Manage full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
Utilize a variety of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards, etc.) to find top talent
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Conduct in-depth screenings (phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews) to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, guiding them through the process and maintaining regular communication
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires
Manage recruitment metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruiting and the tech industry
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, people operations, recruiting, or talent
Background in recruiting for startup environments or high-growth companies
Proven ability to recruit for a variety of roles
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and networking
Experience with candidate assessment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition through offer negotiation and closing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Passionate about tech and startup culture, with a drive to help build great teams
A self-starter with experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
