We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various client positions. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
- Screening Applications: Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate skills and fit for the position, providing feedback to clients.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an HR firm.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
