JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome visitors coming to Alliance Française
  2. Provide accurate information to callers and visitors
  3. Direct visitors to the correct destination
  4. Register students at the beginning of each new language session and issue student IDs
  5. Provide general administrative and clerical support
  6. Receive payments and issue daily report on sales and registrations to the Accounts Unit Manager
  7. Any other duties as requested by the position

Education and Experience:

  1. HND in customer service or its equivalent
  2. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  3. Knowledge of relevant software applications (MS Office).
  4. Awareness of customer service principles and practices
