We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and highly professional corporate Receptionist to support our team in the London office. You will work seamlessly and collaboratively with colleagues in the London office and with the global offices. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Ensure that the office is set up daily, ready to use by the team and or clients
Maintain the firm's meeting rooms and undertake regular checks to ensure the meetings rooms are kept to an exceptional standard, and enable a quick turn-around as appropriate
Greet all clients and visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Efficient and professional handling and screening of the main phone line and incoming calls
Timely order placement for office supplies and receiving deliveries
Ensure that internal meetings and training events are appropriately catered for and within guided budget parameters
Other duties include but are not limited to:

Booking couriers and taxis, ensuring within budget and billed correctly
Filing for Finance and office as appropriate
Printing, binding and paper shredding as required
Supporting the wider Office team as required

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably at least two years' prior experience within a receptionist role is required
Exceptional organisation skills, with a high degree of professionalism
Fluent in English (both oral and written) who can liaise clearly, confidently and with maturity
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail, with excellent time management and ability to prioritise and be proactive
Enjoys being first point of contact for the team and guests and is always an enthusiastic team player, with a 'can do' attitude
A form of higher education / further training

This is a full-time position based in the London office. Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
