About The Role
We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! This opportunity will require the successful candidate to work in office 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, and will based out of you Edmonton office location.

What You’ll Do Here
Respond to incoming calls or emails and provide required information.
Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival.
Maintain and update telephone lists.
Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms.
Manage scanning for electronic mail.
Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring To The Table
College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum (1) one year of administrative experience or experience in customer service in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
Excellent communication skills and customer service including comfort with answering calls and greeting walk-in guests
Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office 
Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
